1. What data we collect
1.1. We collect the Contact Number of any user who registers with us.
1.2. Name, Age, Gender, Email ID and Location of person is also collected during registration.
1.3. Data of all the Bookings that are made by user on our website are collected. All spaces that a user has added to their favorites are also stored.
1.4. If the users reviews a space on HourlySpot, then their rating of the space is stored.
1.5. If the users lists their space on HourlySpot, then the data of space such as name, capacity, size, location, availability, hourly rates, space type, space categories, space images and facilities that the space provides are stored.
1.6. All data pertaining to a space that is collected by us is entered directly by the space owner, no data is collected about a space without the consent of a space owner
1.7. We also record the no of views a space has recieved, though no of views are counted anonymously i.e- no information about which user gave the space a view is stored
1.8. HourlySpot does not collect any data that is not entered by the user himself/herself, with the exception of spaces they have viewed, where data is stored anonymously
2. How we use that data
2.1. By signing up for the services offered by HourlySpot, the user explicitly authorizes us to collect the information which they have entered. This information is used to enhance the user experience.
2.2. HourlySpot keeps the user information strictly confidential and this information is stored on a secure web server based in India.
2.3. User can see most of their stored information on their profile page with the exception of confidential data such as passwords
2.4. If they wish for HourlySpot to delete their information i.e- Remove their account from the platform including the spaces they listed, and the bookings that were made on their listed spaces, it can be done by requesting our support team through E-Mail by mailing us at [email protected].
2.5. On approval of deletion request of a user, all stored data of the said user will be removed from our server forever.
2.6. All data collected through HourlySpot website is handled and used only by internal officials and technical support team in charge of the website maintenance. It is never shared with any third-party individuals or organizations.
2.7. DISCLOSURE: We may disclose a user's personal information if we are required by law to do so or as a remedy if they violate our Terms & Conditions
3. Cookies Policy
3.1. Cookies are pieces of electronic data which are stored on a user's device by HourlySpot servers when they register on the website. These enable HourlySpot to recognise the user whenever they visits the website again.
3.2. User can configure their browser so that it responds to cookies the way they deem fit. For example, user may want to accept or reject all cookies. The users may check their browser settings to modify their individual cookie behaviour

4.3. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide them for purchase-related transactions
